Consumer Price Index

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the period January to June 2010 increased by 1.4 per cent to 113.3 compared with that of 111.7 in the same period last year. When compared to the same month in 2009, the CPI for June 2010 registered an increase of 1.7 per cent from 111.8 to 113.7 and when compared with the previous month, the CPI increased by 0.2 per cent.
